A man named Bud Weisser has been arrested on suspicion of trespassing on the site of a brewery with an uncannily familiar name.
Police say Weisser entered a secured area at the brewery at after 6pm on Thursday. Security officers told him to leave and called police after an altercation.
Weisser was taken into police custody. He was issued summonses for trespassing and resisting arrest.
Weisser is being charged with burglary in the second degree. This crime is a class C felony with a maximum of 7 years in prison, one year in jail, and a fine up to $5,000.
