Apple Pie on the Rocks
Ingredients: 1 oz. Vanilla Vodka
1 oz. Fireball Whiskey
4 oz. Apple Juice
Pinch of Ground Cinnamon
Brown Sugar for the rim (Grind a little finer for more successful sugaring)
Optional: Cinnamon Stick for Garnish
Ice
Instructions: Wet the rim of your rocks glass just a little, and gently sugar the rim with the brown sugar. In a martini shaker, pour the vodka, Fireball, apple juice and ground cinnamon together with a handful of ice cubes. Shake and pour the contents into the glass. Serve chilled and with a cinnamon stick, for garnish.
Pumpkin Pie Moonshine
Ingredients: 1 big can pumpkin puree ( make sure it is 100% pure pumpkin)
1/2 cup brown sugar (add more if you have a sweet-tooth)
2 Tbsp. pumpkin pie spice mix
1 can (12 fl. oz.) of thawed frozen apple juice concentrate.
2 pints of high proof alcohol (vodka, everclear, “moonshine.”)
Instructions: In a blender combine pumpkin puree, brown sugar, 1 can of thawed frozen apple juice concentrate, and 2 pints of alcohol. Blend until smooth and then pour the mixture into mason jars, seal and refrigerate. Add whipped cream for a bit of sweetness and a great creamy mustache. Shake well before drinking. Keep refrigerated.
Double Cider-Bourbon Punch
Ingredients: 4 cups apple cider
3 12-ounce bottles hard apple cider
2 12-ounce bottles ginger beer
2 cups seltzer
3 cups bourbon
juice of 1 lemon
2 large apples for garnish
cinnamon sticks, for garnish
Ice, to serve
Instructions: In a large punch bowl, combine ciders, ginger beer, seltzer, bourbon, and lemon juice. Stir to combine. Slice one apple thinly into cross sections and float them in the punch. Core and slice the other apple to use as garnishes for individual glasses. Serve punch immediately in glasses with ice, garnished with apple slices and cinnamon sticks.
Maple Bourbon Cocktail
Ingredients: 2 ounces bourbon
1 ounce fresh squeezed orange juice
1/2 ounce pure maple syrup
1-2 dashes of angostura bitters
orange peel + maraschino cherry for garnish
Instructions: Add ingredients to an ice filled cocktail shaker and shake until chilled. Strain into ice filled glass. Garnish with orange peel and cherry.
Sugar n’ Spice White Russian
Ingredients: 1 oz. Smirnoff Cinna-Sugar Twist
.5 oz. kahlua
.5 oz. half and half
cinnamon sticks
Instructions: Add vodka, kahlua, and half and half in ice filled shaker. Shake. Pour over ice, and garnish.
Cranberry Whiskey Cocktail
Ingredients: 1 oz. Crown Royal whiskey
1 oz. ginger ale
1 oz. cranberry juice
Fresh Cranberries for garnish
Instructions: In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine liquids and stir. Then strain over ice into a rocks glass. Garnish with fresh cranberries
Kahlua Pumpkin Spice Caramel Mudslide
Ingredients: 2 scoops coffee ice cream
2 oz Kahlua Pumpkin Spice
1 oz. Vanilla Vodka
1 oz. Butterscotch Schnapps
3/4 c. Half and Half
Caramel Ice Cream Sauce
Whipped Topping
Pumpkin Pie Spice
Instructions: Mix all in a blender until smooth. Take the caramel ice cream sauce and streak it down the inside walls of a hurricane glass or similar. Pour the mudslide into the glass, and garnish with whipped topping, a drizzle of caramel sauce, and a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice.
Mandarin Orange Old Fashioned
Ingredients: ¼ c. mandarin orange slices packed in light syrup
1 tbsp. syrup from oranges
2 maraschino cherries (or more if you like extras like me)
2 dashes bitters
2 oz. bourbon
Instructions: Place two orange slices, orange syrup, one cherry, and the bitters in an 8 oz. cocktail glass. Muddle to crush oranges and cherry. Pour in bourbon, remaining orange slices, and fill the glass ⅔ full with ice. Stir gently to distribute the ice and oranges. Top with a cherry (or three) and serve.
Cranberry Margaritas
Ingredients: 1 1/2 cups cranberry juice cocktail
3/4 cup fresh lime juice
3/4 cup tequila
1/2 cup orange-flavored liqueur, such as Cointreau or Triple Sec
ice cubes
Instructions: Stir all ingredients together until blended. Serve over ice in sugar- or salt-rimmed glasses, garnished with fresh cranberries and lime wedges if desired.
Sugar Cookie Martini
Ingredients: 1 ounce vanilla vodka
1 ounce amaretto
2 ounces Frosted Sugar Cookie or Vanilla International Delight Coffee Creamer
Instructions: If desired, coat the rim of your glass with light corn syrup and then dip the rim in sugar. Place ice in a martini shaker, along with all ingredients. Shake and strain into prepared glass. Serve immediately.
